La Feria de Federal Way is a destination shopping center that will be located in the heart of downtown Federal Way, 2141 S. 314th Street, Federal Way, WA 98003, walking distance from the Commons Mall Shopping Center. It will be a shopping center reminiscent of a Mexican Mercado, a place where friends and families gather to socialize, shop, and enjoy entertainment.
The shopping center is currently under design to include spaces for a Hispanic grocery store, and spaces for retail shops, professional services, and community classes. Currently, there are over 40 spaces available, starting at 600 square feet or more.
